This year, Family Awards is pleased to announce that it is beginning the first International Parent’s Lifetime Achievement Award. This award is designed to honor one female and one male nominee from the Parents’ Hall of Fame for a lifetime of dedication to children and family.
If you or your siblings are 18 years or older, we encourage you to nominate your parents for this prestigious honor.
The Award
The recipient of this award will have the unique honor of receiving the first Lifetime Achievement Award for Parents and will receive a beautiful commemorative plaque along with a $1,000 check from Family Awards.
Deadline
The deadline for submissions for the Lifetime Achievement Awards is December 31, 2005. A winner will be chosen no later than March 31, 2006.
How to Enter
When you nominate your parent for the Parents Hall of Fame, check the box that asks whether you would like to have your parent considered for the Lifetime Achievement Award.
One father and one mother will be selected from amongst this pool of candidates pursuant to the guidelines laid out on the Lifetime Achievement Awards Rules and Eligibility page. More information will be required of you and your parent if your parent is selected to proceed.
The cornerstone of the Lifetime Achievement Award is to honor parents who have sacrificed over a lifetime for their children, which means that the parent must be nominated by an adult child over the age of 18.
