Family Awards is dedicated to helping further its mission encourage excellence in parenting. That’s why, as part of its Parent Drive 2005 initiative, we are pledging to donate $22,005 to a charity or charities that we choose together if our goal of adding 22,005 people to our website is reached this year.

So if you want to see your charity have a chance to earn $22,005 at the end of this year, encourage your friends to come on our website and nominate their parents.

Here’s how it works:
If the Parent Drive 2005 goal of adding 22,005 names to our website has been reached by midnight on December 31, 2005, Family Awards will donate $22,005 to a charitable organization that you help us choose. The chosen organization will be announced to the public in late 2005.

What you can do:

• Get people to nominate their parents!

• Get your organization involved by contacting us at (212) 725-7624.
• Click here for an email that you can send to your friends telling them about our drive.

• Tell us which charity you’d like us to consider by calling us or emailing us at charity@familyawards.org.
  
  • Tell us a little bit about the organization of your choice and how they could use the donation. You can be brief- this is just an introduction. Give us a contact person and the phone number and address if you have it.
  • We will contact that organization and add them to our list of contenders. Then we’ll make the best decision we can.
  • Remember: we may not even know about your organization so give us your ideas!
